The membership unlocks the platform around your hardware — packs, updates, support, idle-time intelligence, and managed backup. It's the same whether you bought an AgentBOX or brought hardware you already own. Your tier sets how many packs you're entitled to; your hardware sets how many host at once. The Jetson (T2) hosts one pack at a time. Multi-pack — running two or more together — requires qualified hardware (T3+).

If you bought an AgentBOX, you have the agent — at any membership level, including free Community. It isn't something you unlock with a subscription; it's how that box is built. Your membership governs the platform around it: packs, updates, support, idle-time intelligence, and backup.

*AgentBOX runs the everyday work on deterministic n8n workflows driving small local models on-box (via Ollama) — no per-token meter — and calls out to a cloud model only when a task needs higher-level reasoning. It's local-first, not cloud-free: your data, memory, and skills stay on the box; only the reasoning prompt ever leaves. More on-box silicon (T3+ / 16GB+) brings more of the reasoning home over time. Autonomy is gated behind access control — the box proposes, you approve — so capabilities are earned rather than on by default.
