One click to your AgentBOX.

A tiny menu-bar app for your computer — the desktop control surface for your box. It opens the secure tunnel to your AgentBOX and signs you into the dashboard, where you supervise the agent and review its work — no terminal, no remembering ports, no copy-pasting tokens.

Before you install

What you'll need.

Tailscale running on your computer, signed in to the same tailnet as your box. Membership in the tag:mailbox ACL.
An SSH alias named mailbox2 in ~/.ssh/config pointing at the appliance's tailnet hostname.

Linux on GNOME

One extra step if you're on GNOME.

Modern GNOME (Ubuntu's default) doesn't show system-tray icons out of the box. Install the AppIndicator support extension once, then log out and back in. The Linux installer script detects GNOME and prints these instructions at install time. KDE, XFCE, MATE, and Cinnamon work without any extras.

Privacy

Nothing leaves your box.

The app does one thing: open an SSH tunnel from your computer to your thUMBox so the dashboard is reachable on localhost. Auth tokens are fetched fresh on every click and never written to disk on your computer. No telemetry, no analytics, no phone-home.
