The questions everyone asks first.
When will my box ship?
First production run ships in batches starting at launch. Reservations are filled in order received, and we'll email you a firm ship date once your batch is queued. TODO: confirm target launch window once manufacturing is locked.
What's the warranty & return policy?
A reservation is fully cancellable until we charge. After delivery, we expect to offer a standard hardware warranty and a return window — the policy is being finalized. TODO: confirm warranty term and return window with Dustin before launch.
How long does setup take?
AgentBOX boots, joins your network, and connects to your email through a guided onboarding — most reservers will be triaging real mail within an hour. It's a self-provisioning appliance; the Bring-Your-Own install is one command. TODO: confirm setup-time SLA once white-glove onboarding is finalized.
Who handles support?
A real person at UMB Group. At launch volume that means direct email to dustin@umbadvisors.com — not a ticket queue routed offshore. Plus and Pro tiers add faster response windows.
What's in the box?
The thUMBox appliance (NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super, 8 GB, 500 GB NVMe), a power supply, an ethernet cable, and a one-page quickstart card. Everything else — model, packs, dashboard — is already loaded. TODO: confirm exact in-box accessory list once final BOM is set.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Any time, no card required to reserve. We don't charge until you've seen and confirmed the final price and ship date — so a reservation is a hold on a spot in the queue, not a commitment to buy.
